Mini Cheer

Wood County Rec MINI CHEER is brand new, and we’re excited to get it started! We’re looking for volunteer coaches to help lead our young cheerleaders in a fun, easy-going program where everyone can learn together. Cheerleaders will have a short 20 minute practice to learn simple cheers, then cheer during the Small Fry Basketball games while continuing to build their skills. Each participant will receive a shirt and can wear any comfortable bottoms with tennis shoes. Cheer will take place on Saturdays only, making it a great, low-stress way to get involved and show your team spirit!

The cost is $40 per player and max $100 for family members of the same household. A scholarship program is available to participants who may qualify.
