Support Wood County Recreation programs & events and the Honey Festival and its Royalty by lacing up your sneakers and showing off your best costumes!

👻 Morning Event: A thrilling 2 MILE RUN – prizes for the top 3  finishers, plus a costume contest with these 2 categories:

  • Scariest/Creepiest Costume

  • Most Creative/Original Costume

🧛 Afternoon Event: A Festive Family WALK – bring the kids, the whole family, and even your pets! Stop at stations along the way to “trick or treat.” Please keep costumes family friendly. Prizes will be awarded for these 4 categories:

  • Best Kid Costume

  • Best Family Costume

  • Funniest Costume

  • Best Pet Costume

✨ All costume contests will be judged by the

Honey Festival Queens – so dress to impress!

Please submit one form per person. Each participant may do both the RUN and the WALK. There is no age limit for either race. The RUN will be a 2 mile run around the park and is an actual race with prizes for the top 3 finishers. The WALK is a family oriented walk with candy stations along the way. Each race will end with costume contests of select categories listed. All costumes must be family friendly.
